摘要
由于经济转型带来的不少厂房的闲置,对于这些厂房应采取什么策略,是拆除还是改造已经成了人们关心的话题。随着可持续发展的理念日渐深入人心,改造再利用既保留了历史的时间痕迹,节约了资源,又满足了新的功能需求,是许多发达国家所采取的策略。本文就苏州古城区旧厂房改造再利用的特点和实例,总结出了老厂房改造的意义和价值。
