复方降脂方治疗脂肪肝60例临床观察

Treatment of lipid-lowering compound in 60 patients with fatty liver

目的:观察复方降脂方治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将120例脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组采用复方降脂方治疗,对照组采用血脂康治疗。治疗6个月后,对治疗前后的症状与体征、肝功能、血脂和B超等指标进行评价。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,在临床主要症状和阳性体征改善、肝功能、血脂和B超等指标方面,治疗组亦明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方降脂方具有良好的保肝降脂作用。

Conclusion： The lipid-lowering compound with good liver lipid-lowering side effects.
