目的:优选黄瑞香叶有效部位群的最佳回流提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮和瑞香素提取率为评价指标,用综合评分法进行数据处理,采用正交试验考察乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、回流时间、回流次数对提取效果的影响。结果:黄瑞香叶有效部位群最佳回流提取工艺为:加12倍量80%乙醇,加热回流3次,每次1 h。结论:该提取工艺设计合理,结果可靠,提取效果较好。
