不同产地苦参饮片水煎液中三叶豆紫檀苷含量测定

摘要 目的:建立苦参饮片水煎液中三叶豆紫檀苷含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,Alltech Apollo C1(84.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-水(30∶70)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长:310 nm,柱温:25℃。结果:三叶豆紫檀苷回归方程Y=676.08X+7.5(r=0.9994),三叶豆紫檀苷在0.982-4.64μg线性关系良好;方法的平均回收率为99.09%,RSD%=1.31%。结论:所建立的方法准确、灵敏、重复性好,可用于考察不同产地苦参饮片水煎液中主要黄酮成分含量。 Objective:To establish the determination method of trifolirhizin content in Sophora flavescens herbal pieces decoction and to investigated the major flavonoid components in Sophora flavescens herbal pieces decoction. Method: Alltech Apollo C,s (4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)eolmnn was used,the mobile phase was aeetonitrile-water(30:70);with the flow rate as 1.0 mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was at 310 nm. Result:The linear relation of hyperin was good in the range from 0.982 to 4.64 μg.The average recovery was 99.09%,RSD 1.31%. Conclusion:The method established is accurate,sensitive and good in reproducibility. It can be applied to the quality control of Sophora flaveseens Herbal Pieces.
