摘要
目的:优化益母草中总生物碱提取工艺。方法:采用单因素考察和响应面分析法相结合的方法,对乙醇浓度、提取时间、乙醇体积3个影响益母草中总生物碱提取率的关键因素进行优化分析。结果:建立了益母草中总生物碱提取模型,模型R2=0.99512,回归模型显著;提取优化条件:乙醇浓度为96%,提取时间为2.7 h,乙醇体积352 mL。益母草中总生物碱的提取率为0.186%。结论:该提取工艺合理,有效成分提取率较高。
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of total alkaloid in motherwort. Method: The effect of three key factors for the yield of total alkaloid in motherwort such as concentration of alcohol, distilled time and volume of alcohol, were analysed by one-factor-at-a-time-technique method and response surface methodology. Result: The yield model for ex- tracting total alkaloid in motherwort was build, the variance of model is 0.99512, which shows that the model is remarkable, and the best conditions gained: the concentration of alcohol is 96%, the distilled time is 2.7 h, the volume of alcohol is 352 mL. Conclution: The extraction yield of total alkaloid in motherwort is 0.186%.
