慢性乙型肝炎中医辨证分型与客观指标关系的研究进展

Progress of the study on the relationship between TCM Syndromes of chronic hepatitis B and objective indicators

通过查阅近10年来关于慢性乙型肝炎中医证型客观指标研究的文献,发现慢性乙型肝炎中医辨证分型与免疫、细胞因子、血清生化、肝纤维化、病毒等指标密切相关,对目前慢性乙型肝炎的中医证型客观化研究存在的问题作了初步探讨,为慢性乙型肝炎临床辨病治疗提供一种思路与方法。

By searching the literature in the past 10 years on research of objective indicators of TCM on chronic hepatitis B,we found that TCM syndrome of chronic hepatitis B associated with the following aspects： cellular immunity.cytokine. Serum biochemistry.liver fibrosis.virus marker. And about the current objective study of TCM Syndrome on chronic hepatitis B,several problems were discussed, ideas and suggestions for future research were proposed.
