摘要
冷挤压钢在挤压前必须进行球化预处理 ,选择合适的球化工艺 ,可以获得良好的球化组织。根据德国的球化标准图谱 ,用面积百分比法评出国产和进口的三种材料在经过球化处理后的球化级别。
Pretreatment process of spheroidization must be applied to cold extrusion steels before pressure process.The suitable spheroidization process is selected to obtain the favorable spheroidised structure.The grades of spheroidised structure in three kinds material of domestic made and imported were also determined by the proportion of area percentage according to Germany standard.
