河北省民营企业文化竞争力研究

近年来,我省民营经济迅速发展壮大,然而民营企业竞争力有待进一步提高,企业文化建设方面尤为突出,文章从企业文化的内涵入手,对企业文化理论进行了梳理,进而对河北省民营企业文化建设的现状进行了深入的分析,指出了河北省民营企业文化建设的突出问题主要表现在:对企业文化建设认识不到位、价值观重经济效益轻社会责任以及缺乏创新和特色等方面,并对此提出了六条具体措施,期望对提升我省民营企业文化竞争力起到积极作用。

To promote the cultural competitiveness of private enterprise in Hebei province, the paper puts forward six specific measures.
