The development of creative city is inseparable from the cultivation of creative talents. As a professional organization of personnel training, local colleges play a vital role. From the present situation of creative personnel training in local colleges, the paper studies the shortage of creative personnel training in local colleges, puts forward the goal of local university personnel training and explores cultivation of creative talents in cocal colleges from two aspects of training model construction and teacher construction.
