混合动力悬置系统参数匹配研究

摘要 以某混合动力客车的动力总成悬置系统为研究对象,对其参数进行匹配研究和试验验证.通过研究与试验表明,能量解耦法不能恰当反映长轴系或过定位动力总成悬置系统的动力特性.将较长的过定位动力总成系统分为2个刚体考虑,计算出合适的悬置刚度参数并制作了相应的样件进行试验,使动力总成悬置系统的动态特性达到较好的状态. By applying the power assembly system of a specific hybrid electric vehicle as an example, the parametric matching and testing validation are conducted. Accordingly, it is indicated that the power property of long-axial or over-positioned suspension systems are not well addressed based on the energy decoupling method. As such, the long over-positioned power assembly system is regarded as two rigid bodies. Therefore, the suspension rigidity parameter is calculated for specimen testing to obtain better dynamical properties.
