摘要
超级电容是近年发展起来的一种新型储能单元,广泛应用于汽车行业,并逐步向工程机械领域扩展.在分析超级电容本身结构的基础上,推导出了其应用设计中容量、等效串联电阻、串并联个数的计算公式,根据超级电容的本身特性并结合超级电容建立了超级电容的数学模型.最后,结合推土机混合动力驱动单元实例,建立了超级电容的MATLAB/Simulink模型,并对其进行了仿真研究.
The super-capacitor, a new type of energy storage unit, is frequently utilized in automotive industry and gradually extended towards the field of engineering machinery. Based on the structural analysis on super-capacitors, the calculation formulae of design capacity, equivalent series resistance and number of series-parallel connections are deduced. Pertaining to the properties of super-capacitors, relevant mathematical models are established. By using a hybrid-power-driven unit of bulldozers as an example, the MAT- LAB/Simulink models of super-capacitors are obtained and simulated.
