摘要
对Ni-8Cr-3.5Al(质量分数,%)合金及其纳米晶涂层进行了1000℃空气中高温氧化研究结果表明:Ni-8Cr-3.5Al纳米晶涂层的抗高温氧化性能优于 Ni-8Cr—3.5Al合金.这主要在于 Ni--8Cr—3.5Al纳米晶涂层表面生成了具有分层结构含一连续a-Al2O3内层的氧化膜、而 Ni-8Cr—3.5Al合金则生成了由 Cr2O3外层和 Al2O3内氧化物组成的氧化膜.
The oxidation behaviors of cast Ni SCr--3.5Al(mass fraction,%) and its sputtered nanocrystalline coating at 1000 ℃ in air were investigated. The results showed that the sputtered Ni-8Cr--3.5Al nanocrystalline coating possesses better oxidation resistance than cast alloy, which is attributed to the formation of layered oxide scales composed of a continuous inner layer of α--Al2O3 on the sputtered coating. Whereas an outer layer of Cr2O3 and internal oxide of Al formed on cast Ni-8Cr--3.5Al alloy. The formation of oxide scales on the sputtered coating was discussed.
