摘要
以香叶醇为原料,在叔丁醇锂催化下与亚磷酸三乙酯反应生成香叶基亚磷酸二乙酯,再经碘化锂催化重排得到香叶基膦酸二乙酯,总收率(以香叶醇计)达70.8%;并基于软硬酸碱理论对重排反应机理进行了分析.
Geranyl diethyl phosphite was prepared from geraniol and triethyl phosphite catalyst by lithium tert - butoxide, and then converted to geranyl diethyl phosphate by rearrangement catalyst by lithium iodide, with a total yield of 70.8% (based on geraniol). Mechanism of rearrangement is proposed based on the hard and soft acid - base theory.
