CONN在无梭织机动态张力控制中的应用

摘要 经纱动态张力的精确控制对实现国内无梭织机的平稳运行、纺织过程的优质高产有重要意义.针对无梭织机技术优化问题,提出将复合正交神经网络(Compound Orthogonal Neural Network,CONN)用于动态张力的建模和控制,简化了张力和驱动脉冲之间的映射关系,设计了一类基于CONN自适应调整参数的张力控制器.仿真结果表明该张力控制器是有效和精确的,具有响应速度快、实时性好等特点. As is known to all, it is very important to get high - precision dynamic tension control in many domestic shuttleless looms, which helps keep these devices in stable running and realize high quality in the producing process. A PID tension controller based on two neural networks with compound orthogonal type (CONN) was presented. One CONN was used to model the complex object, making the controller mapping simple. The other CONN was then appended to adjust parameters in self - adaptive type. The simulation result shows that the tension controller is accurate and efficient,and with a rapid response.
