摘要
建立了一个氧化还原结晶液膜体系提取金属铟, 即在液膜内水相中加入还原剂, 利用膜相的选择性迁移和还原剂的选择性还原实现湿法炼锌系统中微量铟的分离与还原, 可在液膜内水相中结晶直接得到金属单质铟。在最佳操作条件下, 经一级液膜处理, 铟离子的迁移率为96-2 % , 金属铟的回收率可达到89-6% , 而锌离子的迁移率仅为0-38% , 且在内水相中不被还原。
Abstract: A redox crystalization liquid membrane system, in which the selective transportation of carriers and the selective redox of reducing agent X were introduced in liquid membrane system, to recover metallic indium directly in internal aqueous phase from zinc hydrometallurgic system was reported. In this way, indium can be reduced and separated from high concentration zinc. After one stage of liquid membranes′ process, 96.2% transferring rate of indium ion and 89.6% recovering ratio of elemental indium powder were obtained under the optimum conditions, while the transferring rate of zinc ion is only 0.38% which can not be reduced in internal aqucous phase.
