两种新型不对称三邻菲咯啉钌(Ⅱ)配合物的合成及其性质

摘要 设计并合成了两种新型电化学发光(ECL) 传感器活性材料Ru(phen)2[phenNHCOCH2Br](PF6)2 和Ru(phen)2[phenNHCO(CH2)4Br](PF6)2(phen= 1,10邻菲咯啉), 利用红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和激光解析电离飞行时间质谱确证了其组成和结构。同时, 还研究了其荧光光谱和电化学行为。 Abstract: Two new 1,10 phenanthroline derivatives, 5 (2 bromo acetylamide) 1, 10 phenanthroline [phen NHOCH 2Br] and 5 (5 bromo valericamide) 1, 10 phenanthroline [phen NHCO(CH 2) 4Br] were prepared. Two novel active species for electrochemiluminescent (ECL) sensors, Ru(Ⅱ) (phen 2)[phen NHCOCH 2Br](PF 6) 2 and Ru(Ⅱ) (phen 2)[phen NHCO(CH 2) 4Br](PF 6) 2, were designed and synthesized. Their compositions and structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, FT IR, 1 HNMR and LDI MS. Their properties of electrochemistry and fluorescence were also reported.
