摘要
在溶胶凝胶(SolGel) 法制备锆溶胶过程中, 用改变粘度法讨论了锆溶胶的SolGel 化学过程。当0-5≤cZr(OC4H9)4/cHAc≤1 时, 可得到完全稳定的高粘度溶胶。用FTIR 研究了锆溶胶水解与聚合机理, 在1578 cm -1 和1460 cm -1 观察到双峰, 随cZr(OC4 H9)4/cHAc 摩尔比增加,1578 cm -1 和1460 cm -1 峰线加宽, 说明产生了CH3COO- 的桥键。
Abstract: By means of the change of sol viscosity, the chemistry of sol gel formation of zirconia was studied. When 0 5≤ c Zr(OC 4H 9) 4 / c HAc ≤1, a fully stable, highly viscous sol was obtained. Hydrolysis and polycondensation processes of Zr sol were characterized by FT IR. The line at 1578 cm -1 and 1460 cm -1 was observed. At increasing molar ratios of c Zr(OC 4H 9) 4 / c HAc , a further increase in the intensity of the line at 1578 cm -1 and 1460 cm -1 was observed, which showed there exists the monodental ligand CH 3COO -.
