航空发动机叶尖间隙光学影像测量系统

摘要 叶尖间隙是影响航空发动机性能的最重要参数之一。国内外大多采用人工塞尺和传感器电路测量航空发动机装配过程中的叶尖间隙,存在测量精度不够高、数据不易保存、操作较复杂等问题。将CCD三维重建技术、自动聚焦光学影像测量技术以及Sobel边缘检测算法应用于叶尖间隙实时测量,可减少人为测量误差。实验结果表明该法测量精度达到了0.02 mm,且提高了测量装置的自动化程度。 Blade tip clearance is one of the most important parameter that influences the performance of aero-engine. It is common that Detecting the tip clearance during the assembling operation with artificial feeler and sensor in China and abroad, but the measurement accuracy is not high enough, data is not easy to be saved, and the operation is very complicate. This paper creatively put foward applying double CCD three-dimensional reconstruction, sobel edge detection algorithm, automatic focusing optical image measurement technology to online real-time detection of tip clearance to reduce personal error and in this way the measurement accuracy reaches 0.02 mm, which also greatly improves automaticity of measuring devices.
