Employment Guidance of the Teaching of Basic Principles of Marxism

就业问题是大学生带有根本性的实际问题,就业教育应该是"马克思主义基本原理"(以下简称"原理")这一课程理论联系实际教学的重要内容。"原理"课教学的就业教育即是在理论教学的基础上,对大学生进行马克思主义工作世界观、价值观、生存方法论的教育,它不同于专门设立的"大学生就业创业教育课程"。教育的主要方式是:在"原理"课的价值意义上,要对大学生进行马克思主义就业价值意义教育;在就业教育内容上,要厘清马克思主义不同组成部分的教育侧重点;在教学主体上,教师要把理论融于大学生就业实际并生成主体化的新思想和话语方式,要将理论教学的行之有效的方法应用于就业教育。

The employment is a fundamental and actual problem with the college students and employment guidance should be the key part of teaching Basic Principles of Marxism as a course of theory with practice. The employment guidance in the teaching of this course, namely, on the basis of theoretical teaching, should teach the college students with job outlook, values and survival methodology, which is different from the special course of Guidance of Employment and Entrepreneurship of College Students. The main ways are： to teach the students with the value of employment of Marxism from the significance of this course; as to the content of employment guidance, to figure out the focus of the different parts of Marxism; about the teaching body, teachers should com- bine the theories with the actual employment of the college students and generate the new ideas and discourse, and apply the effec- tive method of theoretical teaching in employment guidance.
