The Relationship between Farmers' Cooperatives and University Students' Employment

农民专业合作社的快速发展不但将推动农村的经济发展,而且需要大量高素质高科技人才为之服务。在当前高校毕业生人数不断增多、农村劳动力文化程度偏低的情形下,研究探讨多种途径来引导大学生参与合作社建设,自觉到城乡基层就业、创业。

The rapid development of farmers＇ cooperatives will not only promote rural economy, but also require a large number of high-quality high-tech talented people serving it. In the case of increasing number of college graduates and low cultural level of ru- ral labor, it needs to study and explore various ways to guide students to participate in the cooperative construction, and consciously go to urban and rural grass-roots for employment or entrepreneurship.
