摘要
为对港口物流企业进行全面、客观的绩效评价,从可持续发展的角度出发,从物流硬件水平、物流管理与服务水平以及物流对社会的贡献率等3个方面构建港口物流绩效评价的指标体系,将突变级数法与可拓学相结合建立双层决策系统模型.应用该模型对我国7个沿海港口2005年的港口物流绩效进行评价,评价结果与这几个港口的实际发展情况基本相符.
In order to evaluate the performance of port logistics enterprises comprehensively and objectively, from the perspective of sustainable development, an index system for the evaluation of port logistics performance is constructed from three aspects including hardware level of logistics, logistics management and service level, and contribution of logistics to society, and a double-hierarchy model of decision making system is established by combining catastrophe progression method with extenics. The model is employed to evaluate the port logistics performance in 2005 for seven coastal ports in China, and the evaluation results are in consistent with the practical development of the ports.
