为对加强部队遂行非战争军事行动车辆装备保障能力建设提供理论指导,通过系统分析非战争军事行动车辆装备保障的特点和规律,以及新的历史使命对车辆装备保障能力建设的客观要求,研究提出了提升车辆装备保障能力应着力强化的7种能力建设和采取的5项举措。

In order to provide theoretical guidance for improving vehicle equipment support capability construction in non-war military action,this paper analyzes the trait,rule and the objective demand of new historical mission of it,brings forward 5 kinds of countermeasures to strengthen its capability.
