摘要
创新军交运输理论是积极推进新军事变革、科学指导军交运输实践的迫切需要。经过对内外诸多情况的研究分析,提出当前军交运输理论应在以信息化为龙头的军交运输建设理论、以精确化为根本的军交运输保障理论、以一体化为标志的军交运输指挥理论、以综合化为特征的军交运输防护理论、以科学化为核心的军交运输管理理论方面加大创新力度。
It is imperative to bring forth the military transportation theory based on push forward new military reformation and practice,this paper put forward military transportation support theory which combined military transportation command theory and military transportation protection theory based on scientific-center.
