摘要
中等强度腐蚀水质(HCO3-含量小于0.7 mmol/L)中的某些化学成分使混凝土表面的碳化层与混凝土中固态游离石灰质溶于水,降低了混凝土毛细孔中的碱度,引起水泥结石的分解,形成混凝土的分解类腐蚀破坏。为防止、减少腐蚀水质对混凝土造成的侵蚀破坏,甘再水电站采用了NE-Ⅳ型环氧涂料对混凝土表面进行涂刷施工。使用后,有效地阻隔了腐蚀水的侵入,改善混凝土的抗溶蚀性效果显著。
Certain chemical components in moderately erosive water (HCO3- contents less than 0.7 mmol/L) make the carbonized layer of concrete surface and the solid state free calcareous matters dissolved in water, which reduces the alkalinity of concrete, decomposes cement stone and results in decomposition-like corrosion damages in concrete. To prevent concrete from corrosion damage due to erosive water, NE-Ⅵ epoxy coating is applied on concrete surface in Kamchay hydropower station, which effectively cuts off the aggression of ero- sive water and remarkably improves the corrosion-resistance of concrete.
