BOT模式下的设计思路浅析

Analysis of the design concept in BOT mode

柬埔寨甘再水电站为BOT开发模式,该模式对设计单位提出了一些新问题,因此需要认真研究如何更好地处理这些问题、提高设计产品质量。同时,在设计开始阶段,尽早做好相关资料的收集和准备,对加快建设进度将产生积极的作用。对上述问题从设计角度进行了简要总结和分析。

The Kamchay hydropower station in Cambodia is developed in BOT mode, which puts forward some new challenges to the Designer. Therefore, it shall be carefully studied how to better address these challenges and improve the quality of design products. Meanwhile, at the beginning of design, relative data shall be collected and prepared as early as possible, which will have a positive effect on accelerating the construction speed. The paper summarizes and analyzes the above issues from the view point of design.
