Discussion on investment control of BOT project management for Kamchay hydropower station

通过参与柬埔寨甘再水电站BOT项目管理的投资控制实践,论述了代理型管理模式下全过程项目管理的控制要点及体会。根据中国传统项目监理投资控制的主要工作内容,结合甘再水电项目管理过程中遇到的实际问题,探索符合中国咨询企业走出国界,参与国际工程项目管理投资控制的方法,为其它国际工程项目管理提供借鉴。

Based on participation in the investment control of BOT project management for Kamchay hydropower station in Cambodia, the paper describes the control points and experience in whole-process project management under the mode of agent type management. According to China＇s traditional project supervision investment control contents and on the basis of issues occurred in project management of Kamchay hydropower station, the paper probes into the method for China＇s consulting firms to go abroad and participate in the investment control of international engineering project management, which provides reference for project management of other international projects.
