合同管理在甘再水电站项目管理中的实践与探索

Practice and exploration in contract management of project management of Kamchay hydropower station

甘再水电站是中国在柬埔寨投资建设的第1个BOT项目,从项目前期的投标阶段到项目建设实施阶段,项目合同体系的形成及合同分解、履行的过程具有其一定的特殊性。通过对甘再水电站项目合同管理实践与探索,以及对国际工程承包风险的分析,提出了国际工程BOT项目合同管理中存在的一些问题及实践经验,供从事国际工程承包及管理的同行借鉴。

Kamchay hydropower station is the first BOT project invested and built in Cambodia by China. From the early bidding phase to the project implementation phase, the project has certain particularity in the process of contract system formation, contract decomposition and execution. Based on practice and exploration in contract management of Kamchay hydropower station, and analysis of risks in interna- tional project contracting, the paper puts forward the problems existing in contract management of international BOT project and presents the practical experience, which can be reference for colleagues engaged in international project contracting and management.
