针对甘再水电站项目的特殊性和特点,分别从永久设备和装置性材料的计划和采购管理、相关设计管理、安装工程质量控制、进度控制及协调管理等几个方面进行了阐述和总结,希望能给类似工程的项目管理工作提供参考和借鉴。
Based on the particularity and characteristics of Kamchay hydropower station, the paper presents and summarizes the planning and procurement management of permanent equipment and device materials, relative design management, quality control of erection works, schedule control and coordination management, hoping to provide reference for project management of similar projects.
