Summary of experience in management of purchasing and supplying permanent electro-mechanical equipment for Kamchay hydropower station

就柬埔寨甘再水电站永久机电设备安装工程从设计图纸提交、设备采购技术条款提交、未计价装置性材料采购计划提交、国内招标采购、包装出厂、报关、发船的跟踪直到项目所在国的清关、运输、验收、保管等方面的现场管理工作经验进行总结,可为中国在国外其它水电工程项目的永久机电设备采购供应管理提供经验借鉴。

As for the installation works of permanent electro-mechanical equipment for the Kamchay hydropower station in Cambodia, the paper sums up the experience in in-situ management from the aspects of submission of design drawings, technical specification for equipment procurement and procurement plan of non-priced device materials, and tracking of procurement through public bidding in China, packing and leaving the factory, reporting at customs, shipping, customs clearance in host country, transportation, acceptance and stor- age, etc. The experience can be referred to for management of procurement and supply of permanent electro-mechanical equipment for other overseas hydropower projects by China.
