柬埔寨甘再水电站档案管理工作总结与探索

A probe into and summary of archives management for Kamchay hydropower station in Cambodia

对于中国进入柬埔寨国际市场第1个BOT项目的甘再水电站来说,档案的整理、验收与移交不同于中国国内水电项目,如何做好档案管理工作,采取什么样的标准管理档案一直是人们关心的问题。甘再水电站从建设初期开始,参考国家有关法律法规,并结合柬埔寨甘再水电站工程实际情况,在甘再项目公司的统一领导下,由管理部组织规定了甘再项目档案管理办法,统一了思想和认识。通过几年的摸索与实践,甘再水电站档案管理工作取得了一些经验,希望与大家一起探讨、交流。

For Kamchay hydropower station, the first BOT project undertaken by Chinese companies in the international market in Cambo- dia, the sorting-out, acceptance and hand-over of archives are different from the hydropower projects in China. How to do well in archives management and what standards shall be taken for archives management has always been a concern. From the early construction of Kamchay hydropower station, and with reference to China＇s relative laws and regulations, the management department organized the for- mulation of a method for archives management based on the actual situations of Kamchay project and under the unified leadership of the Project Company, thus a common understanding is reached. Through several years of exploration and practice, experience has been gained in archives management of Kamchay hydropower station and is shared hereby.
