摘要
柬埔寨甘再水电站BOT项目,在整个引水压力钢管的制造、安装过程中形成了一整套行之有效的焊工培训机制和焊接质量控制管理体系,可借鉴到其他类似于柬埔寨甘再水电站这样的欠发达地区的水电工程焊接施工中。
At the BOT project of Kamchay hydropower station in Cambodia, a complete set of effective welders training mechanism and welding quality control management system has been established during fabrication and installation of headrace penstocks, which can be referred to for welding construction of other similar projects in less-developed regions.
