摘要
榆林气田上古气藏具有井口压力高、凝析油含量低的特点。采用常温分离、三甘醇脱水工艺流程时,在天然气集输过程中,有液态烃析出,影响了管输能力和三甘醇脱水效果。同时,凝析油在下游北京增压站析出,影响压缩机的平稳运行和正常外贸交接,为降低这些影响,选用低温分离工艺流程。
The upper palaeozoic gas pool in Yulin gas field is characterized by high wellhead pressure and low contents of condensate Liquid hydrocarbon precipitation during gathering and transportation of natural gas treated by the normal temperature separation technology and TEG dehydration process can affect pipeline transportation capacity and TEG dehydration effect. In addition, operation of compressors and trade transfer can be influenced by precipitation of liquid hydrocarbons in downstream booster station of Beijing. In order to resolve those problems, the low temperature separation technology has to be used.
