现浇混凝土板的模板支架施工活荷载取值分析与实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为准确确定现浇混凝土板的模板支架施工活荷载取值,采用数值模拟方法和实验手段对设计活荷载沿支架竖向传递规律进行分析研究。对比分析了国内外规范的荷载值及其取值方法。采用数值分析方法,分析了扣件式钢管支架3种不同力学模型下的荷载竖向传递规律。采用实验手段,研究了不同施工活荷载分布条件下立杆轴力的分布规律。结论指出,验算现浇混凝土板的模板支架承载力时,应不考虑局部区域性活荷载作用的扩散效应,同时结合施工现场经验统计,给出了施工活荷载标准值的建议值。 In order to accurately confirm the construction live load of formwork support of the cast-in-place concrete slab,the numerical simulation method and experiment means are employed to analyze the verticality transfer law along the vertical bars of construction live load.Firstly,the obtaining value methods for construction live load have been adopted in domestic and international norm are compared.And then,the numerical analysis method and experimental method are employed to research the verticality transfer law.The conclusion is that,when the carrying capacities of formwork support of the cast-in-place concrete slab are carried out,the diffusion effect of regional live load should not consider.Simultaneously,combined with the field experience,the suggestion value of the construction live load is provided.
