“双百混凝土”-抗压强度C100、耐久性100年高性能混凝土的研究

Research on Double Hundred High Performance Concrete

文章结合新疆乌鲁木齐地区材料情况,通过优选原材料,采用硅酸盐水泥+聚羧酸高效减水剂+活性掺合料的技术路线,配合适当的生产工艺,成功研制出适合于商品混凝土搅拌生产运输的28 d立方体抗压强度满足C100、耐久性可达100年得高性能混凝土,为在工程中应用高性能混凝土提供技术依据。

In this paper,according to the material condition of Xinjiang Urumqi area,through the optimization of raw materials,using the composite technology route of Portland cement and polycarboxylate superplasticizer and active admixture,and with the appropriate production processes,successfully developed for concrete mixing production and transport of high-performance concrete,its 28d cube compressive strength can reach 100MPa and the service durability more than 100 years,provide technical basis for the ultra high strength high-performance concrete in practical engineering.
