非熔渣-熔渣分级气化炉又名清华炉,是我国具有自主知识产权的新型水煤浆气化炉,具有烧嘴使用寿命长,炉砖磨蚀均匀,炉膛高径比大,有效气含量高等特点,阳煤丰喜临猗分公司为国内首套运行装置,积累了一定的运行经验。
NSSC gasifier is also known as Tsinghua gasifier, and it is a new coal-water slurry gasifier with independent intellectual property rights in China. The characteristics of the furnace are long-life burners, uniform abrasion of furnace bricks, large ratio of height to diameter, and high content of effective gas etc. Linyi Branch company as the first plant to run the gasifier, has accumulated some operating experience.
