Financial IC card promotion is the important trend of bank card industry.Shandong,a typical costal province in China,with rapidly developed economy and payment industry,faces both opportunities and challenges.This paper analyses the financial IC card promotion of Shandong by using separating equilibrium,and puts forward strategic suggestions to develop financial IC card in Shandong.
