摘要
从延边地区黑熊肠道中分离并鉴定出3株乳酸菌,其中,嗜酸乳杆菌2株,发酵乳杆菌1株.根据其活性及胆盐耐受性选择2株嗜酸乳杆菌(L-1,L-3)进行耐酸试验、抑菌试验及毒性试验.结果表明,这2株嗜酸乳杆菌在胆盐含量0.3%,pH值为2.0时仍然生长,其代谢产物对常见致病菌有较好抑制作用,对小白鼠的毒性试验无毒性.这表明该菌株完全能适应动物胃肠道环境,作为微生态制剂用菌种具有较好的潜力.
Three strains of the lactic acid bacteria were isolated and identified from the intestinal tracts of Yanbian Black bears, in which two strains are lactobacillus acidophilus, and one strain is lactobacillus fermentative. Two strains of lactobacillus acidophilus L-1 and L-3 were selected according to their tests such as their activity and tolerance to bile salts, acid tolerance, bacteriostasis and toxicity were further tested. The results showed that the two strains of lactobacillus acidophilus can still be alive in the bile salt solution which concentration is 0.3% and pH value is 2.0, the metabolic products of which have good inhibitory effect to pathogenic bacteria, and have no toxicity to white mice. Indicates it can completely adapt to animals' intestinal environment and has a good potential for microbial preparation.
