摘要
莱钢1880m3高炉矿槽除尘系统因设计及施工缺陷,系统风量分配不合理,钢结构与管道变形,进风通道焊缝开焊,系统漏风率高,除尘效果差。通过新增除尘器,优化系统风量分配,二层平台新增除尘管道,选用厚壁管道和耐磨弯头改造除尘管道,增加槽上系统密封性等措施,除尘设备运行率达到100%,风机噪音降至85dB以下,矿槽区域岗位粉尘浓度达到9.1mg/m3,仅多收集的除尘灰一项可增加经济效益830.4万元。
Because of the design and construction defects of Laiwu Steel’s 1 880 m3 blast furnace ore bin dust removal system, the wind distribution was unreasonable, the steel structure and the pipes deformed, the weld in incoming air channel broke. Then the system leakage rate was high and the dedust effects was bad. By adding dedusters, optimizing the system wind distribution proportion, adding new dedusting pipe in two-story platform, using thick wall pipe and wear resistance elbow, increasing the leakproofness of the bin system and other measures, the dust removal equipment operation rate reached 100%, the fan noise reduced to 85 dB below, the dust concentration at post in ore bin area was 9.1 mg/m3. Only increased dust can bring economic benefits of 8.304 million Yuan.
