摘要
济钢利用低品质热源供暖,利用余热蒸汽发电。发电低品质热源主要集中在6#、7#焦炉初冷器区域和3座1750m3高炉的冲渣水、冷却壁循环水系统,余热蒸汽主要为新东区济钢1#~3#120t转炉汽化冷却、1700薄板加热炉汽化冷却、中厚板加热炉汽化冷却产生的约98t/h饱和蒸汽。低品质热源的回收利用,保证了宿舍区的采暖,余热蒸汽年发电45900MW·h。
The low quality heat source of Jinan Steel which are coming from early cooling unit area of No.6 and No.7 coke oven and washing slag water and circulating water system of cooling wall of 3 sets 1 750 m3 blast furnace is mainly used for heating, and the waste heating steam which are coming from No.1 to No.3 120 t converter evaporating cooling and heating furnace evaporating cooling of 1700 sheet production line and heating furnace evaporating cooling of medium-heavy plate production line about 98 t/h saturation heating steam is mainly used for generating power. The recycle of low quality heating source can ensure the heating requirement of living quarter’s area and to generate power about 45 900 MW·h every year.
