摘要
济钢炼铁厂通过举办"创新论坛",开发职工的创新思维,突出日常合理化建议的针对性和时效性,以压力驱动创新,以技能大赛、岗位练兵为有效载体,推动职工素质提升,积极启动动力机制,激励创新实践等措施,调动各层次职工的积极性,参与各种创新创效活动,形成了企业整体的创新能力,有利地促进了全厂综合管理水平的提高和技术经济指标的改善。
Through "Innovation Forum," Jinan Steel Ironmaking Plant has successfully developed innovative thinking of the staff and highlighted the pertinence and timeliness of daily rational suggestions so as to facilitate innovation by means of applying pressure and propelling the process of promoting the staff’s qualities via activities like skill competitions, job trainings and the rest. Through some measures consisted of starting active motivation mechanism, inspiriting innovation practice and mobilizing the activeness of all staff the creativity of whole enterprise is formed and it can promote the increasing of comprehensive management level and the improving of technical and economic indexes in whole enterprise.
