摘要
卓越绩效模式是一种旨在通过卓越的过程取得卓越结果的一种组织综合绩效管理工具。以卓越绩效模式系统11项核心价值观、可量化的ADLI过程评系统和LeTCI结果评分系统分别对QES体系文件、过程以及结果的评价方法进行了系统改进,QES管理体系在管理幅度、深度、评价方法及有效性等方面均有明改善与提升。
Performance excellence model is one organizational comprehensive performance management tool, which aims to obtain excellent results through excellent process. Systematical improvements to QES management system documents and evaluation methods of process and result is carried out with performance excellence model 11 core values, quantitative ADLI process scoring system and LeTCI result scoring system respectively, QES management system achieved obvious improvement and promotion in the ways of management width, depth, evaluation methodology and effectiveness.
