摘要
说明了图像检测技术在动车组故障检测上应用的必要性,在介绍目前成熟的客车故障轨边图像检测系统原理的基础上,结合动车组图像检测范围和动车组物理构造,对动车组图像检测内容进行分析。在详细描述了系统采用的关键技术后,给出了动车组故障轨边图像检测设备的设计方案,并对西安动车所系统的应用情况和故障进行了简单的展示,最后提出了未来动车组故障图像检测技术发展的前景。
The article briefly describes the necessity of image deteltion technology application in EMU fault detection, introduces the existing mature image edge detection systems for passenger cars, and analyzes the EMU image detection content based on the EMU＇s image detection range and physical structure. Then the design scheme of EMU fault image edge detection system is proposed after description of the adopted key technologies, and application in Xi＇an EMU depot is showed. Lastly, the technology development prospect of EMU fault image edge detection is proposed.
