摘要 针对国外某机车前置式空调机组结构,采用ANSYS软件进行有限元建模,依据国外规范,对空调机组结构在冲击载荷作用下的应力进行了计算与评价,并对空调机组结构在预期寿命下的疲劳强度进行了分析,结果表明所设计的空调机组结构满足规范要求,设计合理。最后用ANSYS软件中的模态分析模块分析了空调机组结构的动态特性,计算了空调机组结构的固有频率及振型。 A finite element model of structure which is used for load prefix type air-conditioning units in locomotive is built by using software ANSYS. When subjected to proof loads and service loads established by the specifications defined in foreign standard, the stress analysis and fatigue assessment are given. The calculation result proves that the strength and fatigue strength is less than the allowable stress and the structure design is safety. In the end, using the modal analysis module, the dynamic properties of the structure are analyzed and the natural frequencies and mode shapes are given.
