摘要
作为现有最轻的金属材料的镁合金以其在轻量化方面的突出优点,在航天、航空和汽车制造业等领域获得了广泛的应用,但在现代铁道车辆中鲜有应用,特别是在高速列车领域中还是一片空白。本文通过对镁合金材料的特点、优势和在普通铁路客车中的应用现状分析,初步讨论镁合金在高速列车中的开发应用目标,技术攻关的方向和主要内容,最后归纳几点建议。
As the lightest metal materials, magnesium alloys are applied extensively in fields of aerospace, aviation and automobile industrials because of its excellent advantages. However, magnesium alloys is rarely applied in modern rolling stocks, especially never used in high-speed train. This article analyzes the features, superiorities and situations of its applications in normal passenger trains, discusses the developing and applying target, direction and major content of technical breakthrough for magnesium alloys' application in high-speed trains, and concludes several opinions at last.
