深水半潜式钻井平台动力定位实时交互仿真系统 被引量:11

摘要 为了模拟深水半潜式钻井平台在复杂海况下的动态响应,对动力定位平台的低频运动与环境载荷进行了数学建模.根据深水钻井平台海上作业的安全等级要求,设计并搭建了DP-3级动力定位实时交互式仿真系统,该交互系统主要包括DP-3级动力定位控制系统与视景仿真系统.给出了DP-3级动力定位控制系统的体系结构.详细阐述了视景仿真系统与DP-3级动力定位控制系统实时交互时的信息流.对981平台在作业工况和待机工况进行了仿真试验,仿真结果表明所设计的交互仿真系统可以实现动力定位的动态模拟,可用于DP-3级动力定位控制系统的软、硬件的构建与调试. Mathematical modeling is performed on the low-frequency motion of a dynamically positioned semi-submersible drilling platform and on the environmental forces acting upon the rig.According to the security specification of deepwater drilling operation for dynamically positioned semi-submersibles,a real-time iterative simulation system that includes a scene simulation subsystem and a three-redundant motion control subsystem is designed and developed.Control architecture of three-redundant dynamic positioning system was presented.The information flow of real-time iterative simulating between the control system and the scene simulation system was formulated in detail.Simulation results of standby condition and operation condition with different environmental effects show that the real-time iterative simulation system can support the construction and testing of software and hardware for DP-3 dynamic positioning system.
