摘要
鉴于掺加颗粒状抗车辙剂沥青混合料配合比设计过程中存在的种种问题,结合其自身特点,对现行的普通沥青混合料配合比设计方法进行了适当改进:①采用矿质混合料合成平均密度作为矿质混合料的有效相对密度以反算混合料的最大理论密度;②直接以目标空隙率所对应的沥青用量作为OAC1.在上述改进的基础上,系统研究并详尽阐述了如何利用马歇尔试验进行掺加颗粒状抗车辙剂改性沥青混合料配合比设计的成套方法.
Considering all kinds of problems existing in the design process of modified asphalt mixture by adding granular anti-rutting additive, combined with its own characteristics, this paper improves the current design methods of ordinary asphalt mix proportion. Firstly, this paper takes the synthetic average density of mineral mixture as the valid relative density of mineral mixture to calculate the theoretical maximum density of mixture. Secondly this paper directly chooses the amount of asphalt corresponding to the target porosity as OAC1. Finally this paper systematically investigates and elaborates a set of design method using the Marshall test to carry out modified asphalt mixture by adding granular anti-rutting additive.
