文化景观遗产保护视野下的社区规划

Community Planning from the Perspective of Protection of Cultural Landscape Heritage

在文化景观遗产保护的研究视野下,论述兰亭遗产旅游开发应该为未来的文化景观遗产申报工作奠定基础。基于保护性开发原则,一方面在探讨了国内外保护区规划方法和依据后,阐述了兰亭文化景观遗产保护区划的规划思路,并提出遗产核心保护区域和建设控制范围以及内外交通控制的解决方案;另一方面,提出"旅游社区"规划概念,闸述兰亭书法修学游规划思路,提出"修学游"、"修学院"及"修学居"概念,并指出凝聚以书法修学为核心的旅游社区是兰亭文化遗产保护与旅游经济共赢发展的有效途径。

From the research perspective of protection of cultural landscape heritage, this axticle expounds that the development of Lanting heritage tourism shall lay foundation for thture application of cultural landscape heritage. Based on the principle of protective development, on the one hand, this article expounds the planning thought of protection division of Lanting cultural landscape heritage alter probe into planning methods and basis of domestic and overseas protection zones, and puts forward the solution to core protec- tion zone of heritage and construction control range and internal and external traffic control; on the other, it gives the concept of ＂tourism community＂ planning, expounds the planning thought of travel tbr study of Lanting calligraphy, puts forward the concepts of ＂travel for study＂, ＂institute for study＂ and ＂housing for study＂, and points out that tourism community with study of calligraphy as the core is an effective way of win-win development of Lanting cultural heritage protection and tourism economy.
