摘要
以"金薄香6号"核桃组培苗为试材,探讨了IBA浓度和暗处理天数对核桃组培苗生根的影响,结果表明:"金薄香6号"核桃组培苗在1/2MS(大量元素含量减半,NH4NO3含量是DKW培养基中的1/2)附加IBA2.0 mg/L培养基中暗处理7 d,然后进行光照培养,生根率可达65.56%.
The effect of IBA and dark treatment on rooting of tssue cultured seedling of walnut ＂Jinboxiang 6＂,the result showed： tissue culture seedling of walnut ＂jinboxiang 6＂ were placed on the medium of 1/2MS added IBA 2.0 mg/L in darkness for 7 days,then light treat,rooting rate can reach 65.56%.
