摘要
在民族地区企业发展品牌的策略中,充分发掘商标的价值,应用商标法律制度是创建民族地区企业品牌的核心。本文以商标的功能为出发点,结合我国商标法的规定,针对民族地区企业品牌创建各阶段的特点和易出现的问题,提出了设计、维护、提升全方位的商标培育策略。
In the strategy of enterprise development brand in the minority concentrated area, the kernel is to build the enterprise brand by fully exploring the value of trademark and applying trademark legal system. This paper first presents the function of trademark, and then in terms of the regulations on the trademark law of our country, analyzes the characteristics of every period for building enterprise brand and the problems fre- quently appeared in the minority concentrated area, and then proposes the method to design, maintain and raise trademark cultivation strategy all-roundly.
