Investigation on the words ALiGaLi in BanRuoBoLuoMiDuoZhou written in Manchu language

满文阿礼嘎礼字母是一套专门拼写梵文读音的字母。由于多用于拼写藏传佛教的诸尊名号和经咒而鲜为人知。对满文阿礼嘎礼字母的研究不仅有利于满文经咒类文献的翻译研究,同时对探求满译佛教经咒类文献的规律和清代佛教满语研究具有重要意义。

ALiGaLi are a series of Manchurian words specially used for spelling Devanagari. ALiGaLi are sel- dom known because they are mostly used to spell notable names and incantation in Zang Buddhism. The research on ALiGaLi words written in Manchu language is not only beneficial to the translation and research of incantation literatures in Manchu language, but also is of great significance to the exploration of the rules of incantation literatures written in Manchu language and the research of Buddhism written in Manchu language in Qing dynasty.
